CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. I give a 15 minute grace period for color services, 5 minute grace period for spray tans, & a 10 minute grace period for cuts before considering it a “no show”. After the grace period I will not be able to service you as it will push into my next clients time. If you no show you will be charged your full service amount. If you give less than a 24 hour notice you will be changed 50% of service. While I understand that emergencies happen I kindly ask for your understanding of my small business.
